- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns of unshipped items made without a valid reason within 14 days of the original order being processed.
Shipped Items Return Policy
- For quality or other issues, Buyers can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer has received the item. The reshipment fee will be covered by the Seller.
- After 7 days from the date the end customer receives their order, return requests (RMAs) will only be accepted for quality or logistics-related issues.

I am so glad with this purchase and really regret not getting it sooner. I have been using it for over a month now and extremely happy with it. The desk attached is perfect as i am able to get my steps in during my long remote work hours. Before this i was clocking around 3k steps when I would be very busy at work and now with this addition and the convenience of walking while working i am able to do over 12k steps a day.
The treadmill arrived quickly and was quite easy to set up. I love how it fits into the corner and allows us to keep the remaining room open.
I was pleasantly surprised that the desk top was so big and sturdy. It Slides onto the handlebars which is nice. Really convenient for working with a decent amount of stuff near you.
For the price, size and functionality that we’ve experienced…it’s a great option for a healthy work life balance.
It arrived really fast. This treadmill is easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. My wife really like it because it has support for her laptop and another iPad/tablet holder. The treadmill itself is affordable and really good for the price. It's easy to move it if you want move it around your house. It came with an oil to lubricate the belt. It also came with a control which I find super cool and useful. It has different settings. It was a good buy. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking forward to work on their cardio.

When I discovered our treadmill (over 21 years old) had retired itself, I was forced to look for another one. I didn't need one as big as our previous ProForm but had no idea what to consider after seeing endless smaller treadmills. I wanted one with 'arms' to hold onto, which eliminated quite a few. I then considered some remaining ones based on a variety of factors and eventually focused on the UMay U50.
I love this treadmill! It’s the perfect size for me. I was worried it may not be sturdy enough but it’s absolutely sturdy and does everything I need it to do! I did not have any issues setting it up and it works beautifully. It’s a very good product for the price and very good quality!

This machine has made a huge impact on my daily workout , I don’t have much space in my living room, my kids are always playing around and I don’t feel ok to place this machine but I had a spare office , it’s not huge but I was pretty amazed when it fits well in my small office
