A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns of unshipped items made without a valid reason within 14 days of the original order being processed.
Shipped Items Return Policy
For quality or other issues, Buyers can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer has received the item. The reshipment fee will be covered by the Seller.
After 7 days from the date the end customer receives their order, return requests (RMAs) will only be accepted for quality or logistics-related issues.

When I discovered our treadmill (over 21 years old) had retired itself, I was forced to look for another one. I love this treadmill! It’s the perfect size for me. I was worried it may not be sturdy enough but it’s absolutely sturdy and does everything I need it to do! I did not have any issues setting it up and it works beautifully. It’s a very good product for the price and very good quality!
